SFM Patch Descriptions

This page describes the patches that System Fault Management (SFM) requires.

HP recommends that you install the required patches to ensure proper operation and maximum system coverage.

Obtaining Patches

You can obtain patches and other related information at the HP IT Resource Center. To install patches from the IT Resource Center, complete the following steps:

  1. Login to the HP IT Resource Center at:
    http://us.itrc.hp.com/
  2. Click Individual Patches (Patch Database).
  3. Click HP-UX Patches.
  4. Select the HP-UX version. Search for patches by number, such as, PHSS_7930.
  5. Click Patch Name to read the patch description.
  6. Follow the instructions in Patch Description to download and install the patches you require.
