OpenPegasus is required for VSE Management of
Linux systems. Red Hat (RHEL) distributions include OpenPegasus, but
this is not installed by default. Either manually select OpenPegasus
during RHEL installation, or install it later from your RHEL distribution
media through the YaST Control Center.
