HP Integrity Essentials Capacity Advisor utilization providers on each monitored
system to collect information on resource utilization. At the CPU clock
cycle level, a processor is either busy or idle; for Capacity Advisor, the
average utilization for each 5 minute interval is stored. This means that
peaks lasting less than 5 minutes are not visible.
The fact that data is sampled at 5 minute intervals does not mean the
it is always best to look at data at that level.
Other intervals are also useful for other purposes; longer intervals tend
to be derived by averaging rather than direct measurement)
