Supported Visuals

Only one visual is supported.

For color displays:

  • Class PseudoColor Depth 8: supports DBE and MBX hardware double-buffering (CRX, Dual CRX); supports DBE and MBX software double-buffering (Internal Color Graphics).

For grayscale displays:

  • Class GrayScale Depth 8: supports DBE and MBX hardware double-buffering (GRX); supports DBE and MBX software double-buffering (Internal GrayScale Graphics).

Supported Environment Variables

The following environment variables are supported:

  • SWAP_BUFFERS_ON_VBLANK

  • HP_3_BIT_CENTERCOLOR (Internal Color Graphics only)

  • HPGCRX_IMAGETEXT_VIA_BITMAP
