The WBEM indications generated by SFM and other WBEM providers are equivalent to the respective EMS events. SFM contains the user interfaces (both CLI and GUI) in HP SMH that provide health information and event configuration. It also provides a drill-down interface for SFM to implement the follow-the-red strategy using which you can identify the origin of a problem that has occurred on a device.
