CDE now provides an option to print using either lp or TPS. Through this option the user can disable TPS
and print using lp and viceversa. The CDE components that are affected by
this change are dtcm, dtmail and dtpad. Printing with dtcm, dtmail and dtpad can occur with either lp or TPS.
